It used to be on the General forums, but that got way too... yeah I think they had no reason to shut them down.
You have the supporter forums, but those cost the supporter subscription (recommend heavy btw) which are just the regular forums but w a paywall.
Otherwise, you've got the Video Games forums (they're more stringent regarding memes/shitposts) or the various topic forums (even more so.)
